It is now, the time of the Century, the time we need to come together to fight the pandemic causing virus that has turned our world upside down and virtually brought the nation into a virtual lock down situation. It is during these testing times, that we work as a team, collaborate with your ideas and begin the cycle of innovation. At SolutionsMax, we do just that.
We put aside our current activities and as the team members begin pondering on various solutions that would enable us to contribute to reduce the effect of the virus which has been causing unruly damage to the world. Our lives have been put out of gears and we decided that we begin our thought provoking ideas in our conference, or as we call it, the war room. Most of our successful solutions came out of this lab of ours.
Team members comprising of young engineers and differently abled people come up with their own stories on the challenges that are being confronted and are put together to prepare the first functional specification document for the review by our management and the technocrats. Thus became the idea of venturing into building a quick Android based app that could serve the remote areas and ensure effective communication. Along with the App, we have also developed a functional epidemic Health Risk Profiling Solution that would be an enabler in making informed decisions. This was how we began the development of this very service “CitizensPlus”, which would be the governing portal for every service we wish to render to the public good with a selfless attitude.

What problem are you trying to solve?
To Stop the Spread of COVID-19 by acting as a facilitator to capture and notify the law enforcing authorities of any abnormal or potential precaution not taken by citizens in their neighborhood. We understand that today, the main challenge is to stop the spread of the Virus and to this affect, we should take all precautionary measures.
How will you be tackling the coronavirus pandemic?
CitizensPlus would be a facilitator to capture and notify the law enforcing authorities of any abnormal or potential infractions by citizens in their neighborhood. We understand that today, the main challenge is to avoid the spread of the Virus and to this affect, we should take all precautionary measures by ensuring the screening of any new individual in one's neighborhood who has returned from a foreign land. It is imperative that the health and the police are notified about such activities which can reduce the effect of the spread of virus in case any of these subjects are diagnosed by the virus. Secondly we need to build up the confidence of citizens by providing them the right information at regular intervals.
What will be the impact of our solution on the pandemic?
Our Solution would be rendered via the Android App and also the web based portal which are both accessible by various stakeholders namely the law enforcement agencies, the health departments, government agencies, communication department, Hospitals and the doctors/physicians fraternity. Together, with real-time facilitation, we can improve the quick responses which is the need of the hour. It will help in Crisis Planning, Effective Communication, Workforce, Supply Chain, Focus on Information.
